SOUND BATH
Breathe, stretch, & recover with this meditative sound experience. Focusing on the final four limbs of yoga, & the cultivation of Samadhi, Sound bath is an opportunity to go inward, develop deeper concentration (Dharana), & experience powerful meditations (Dhyana). Incorporating a simple salutation and harmonic sound waves of various instruments. Sound Bath’s unite the solar & lunar channels, to reduce stress & nurture tranquility.
